Santa’s Entrepreneurial Spirit

In a workshop not so far, where elves hustle all night,

Santa pondered on his business, under the Northern Light.

With a belly that jiggled and a beard snowy white,

He called for a meeting, under stars so bright.

“Dear Elves, in our venture, we must be robust,

Let’s adopt the EOS® model, in Santa we trust!

We’ll set our Vision, clear as the Christmas star,

And track our progress, whether near or far.”

The elves in green aprons, with tools in their hands,

Nodded in agreement, with Santa’s festive plans.

“Data component’s next,” Santa said with a cheer,

“To ensure every child gets their gift this year!”

As the Process component came into the play,

Elves streamlined toy-making, efficient as day.

With Issues tackled next, in the Traction component,

Santa’s sleigh was ready, for the global deployment.

“Let’s not forget our People,” Santa added with a twinkle,

“Each elf is vital, from the toy maker to the tinsel sprinkle.

With GWC™ in place, Right People, Right Seats,

Our workshop will flourish, no chance of defeats.”

As Christmas trees sparkled, and reindeer practiced their flight,

Santa’s entrepreneurial spirit shone ever so bright.

From Rudolph to Dasher, each reindeer played a part,

In Santa’s master business plan, a work of Christmas art.

Gifts wrapped in red and gold, filled the sleigh with glee,

Santa chuckled, “Our EOS® model is the key!

To deliver joy and laughter, on this magical night,

Ensuring every stocking’s filled, before morning light.”

So, remember this tale, of Santa’s entrepreneurial might,

When running your business, in the day or the night.

With a model like EOS®, and a Christmas cheer dose,

You’ll be as successful as Santa, the most entrepreneurial of hosts!
