“Celebrating You: My Appreciation for a Powerful Year of Progress”

As we close out this 2025 year and move into the holiday season, my heart is filled with deep appreciation and gratitude for every EOS® client and every member of my Peer Executive Boards community. You have made this year meaningful, impactful, and unforgettable.

To my EOS® clients, thank you for your courage, your openness, and your willingness to lean into the work of becoming stronger, more accountable, more aligned, and more visionary leaders. You committed to clarity. You embraced healthy conflict. You built trust with your teams. You made bold decisions. You created traction in your organizations at a level that will continue to shape your success for years to come. Your growth has been inspiring to witness, and your dedication has strengthened me as a facilitator, coach, and partner in your journey.

To my Peer Group members, thank you for the wisdom, honesty, and vulnerability you bring into every room we share. You showed up for yourselves and for one another with an uncommon level of respect and generosity. You challenged assumptions. You elevated conversations. You supported your peers with a depth of care that is rare in the business world. The community you have built is a model of what leadership looks like when people commit to lifting each other higher.

The value you have created this year is extraordinary. You invested in your personal growth and leadership development. You contributed to the breakthroughs of your peers by speaking your truth, listening deeply, and offering insights that sparked transformation. And you enriched my life by allowing me to walk beside you, learn from you, and support you as you pursued your vision of success.

Thank you for trusting me as your EOS® Implementer, your Peer Group facilitator, your advisor, and your partner in growth. It is a privilege I do not take lightly.

As we step into the holiday season, I wish you and your families peace, renewal, connection, and joy. May you take time to breathe, celebrate, and reflect on the progress you made this year.
